    Breaking lease due to military move
    So does this apply to his family? Or just the deployed

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    If the military member was living on the premises, and they are being moved to another base so they are moving the family, then yes.

    But if the member is being deployed overseas, they may not be taking the family. It will depend on where the no home base is.
