    I want my baby or at least a visit
    My baby mamas parents have our baby girl, my baby's mama has up and taken off, nobody no where, after we found out she was gonen her parents,who we lived with kicked me out and are refusing to let me see my daughterm

    Then you need to go to court to establish custody and visitation.

    Some details here might help us help you. How old are you and the mother? How old is the child? Did you marry the mother? Are you on the birth certificate? And ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.
