    Guardianship
    I have legal guardianship over an ifant and my question is is it possible for my mate to have the same rights that I have? And if so how do you get it done

    More details are needed to help. First, ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. Second, how did you come to have guardianship of this child. What is your relationship to the child and where are the parents? Third define "mate". Are we talking about a married spouse or what/
