    How do you get a White-Rodgers thermostat back on track (manual) after it received a static electricity shock?

    Without knowing which model it's hard to answer the question. However, if it's has a battery remove it and disconnect it from all power source. I'll assume it's a programmable stat. If disconnecting the power doesn't reset it you will probably have to replace it.
