Pushrods coming off
What would cause the intake push rod to come off on #1 and #4 cylinder. The vehicle is a 1999 Chevy S10 pickup with a 2.2 liter motor. I checked the push rods and reinstalled them and the vehicle runs fine with no sounds of ticking to the motor.
