Okay, so I met this guy a few months into the school year and he's two years older than me and has a girlfriend. I didn't know he did at first, otherwise I probably wouldn't like him so much. But he spent 20 minutes talking to me one afternoon in the library and I've had a few other small conversations with him with other people around. Sometimes when I pass him in the hall he looks straight into my eyes and says hi, other times he ignores me. I just want to know if there's a chance he likes me back. Thanks to my friends, I think he already know I like him. But he has a girlfriend and they seem really happy together so I wouldn't ever try to break them up or flirt with him or anything like that. I'm just curious. Thanks!

So I know I already asked a question about whether he likes me back, and you said no, but things have changed. I know he probably only thinks of me as a friend, but I'm wondering if I'd have a chance with him? It seems like things aren't going very well between him and his girlfriend lately, but I wouldn't act on my crush while they're still dating. I probably don't have a chance, because he's two years older than me, and his girlfriend is a year older than him, but I just want to know what anyone thinks.
Just this weekend he said hi (I know, really stupid, but it seems important because I don't usually get any kind of verbal greeting from him) and when we were doing an improv thing for drama, he put his arms around me from behind (everyone was trying to imitate capturing shamu) and sort of drag/walked me across the room (Although this was completely unnecessary, and he could've just left me alone. It seemed like he was trying to include me in some way, I don't know if that makes a difference or not). Then when everyone was sitting on the tall mats they use for indoor track that were pushed against the wall waiting for the show (we were there for drama club) and I couldn't jump onto any of them, and he offered to help me, even though he was up on the ledge thing the tech crew uses, like four/five feet about the mats. Although, I managed to climb onto one of the mats, so he ended up not helping me. These all seem like insignificant things I'm sure, but he normally ignores me, so I don't know what to think. Any help is appreciated :)

You are overthinking things, you need to calm down and talk with him. Tell him how you feel.

You may have a crush, and that makes every thing he does seem like a grand plan when its happening. As long as he has a girl friend, he is off limits to you no matter what he says or does. Always remember if he cheats on his girl friend, he will cheat on you.

I know you would love his attention, but he really hasn't done anything to make you think he likes you as much as you like him at all. So don't get carried away by your own feelings.
