    Facing eviction
    If the old property owner sells the property and I signed a new lease with old owner but was advised to send my next months rent to the new owner and I still owe a balance to the old landlord but the new owner has cashed my rent for the current month and the old landlord evict me

    No, he sold the property, you signed a new lease with new owner. The old owner has no legal realationship with you or the property

    The old landlord may sue you in court for the money and get a judgement. They may get a garnishment of your wages if that is allowed in your area.

    You are asking whether the old owner can evict you? No, only the current owner can evict you.
