How can I take my daughters fathers rights away?
I live in Virginia, My daughter is 14 and her father has not been in her life at all. I have full custody and there is a support order which he does not pay and has been in jail a few times because of this. He is not on her birth certificate and she does not have his last name. There is also a custody order in place, that he does not use, and he only get's to see her twice a month for an hour and it has to be supervised. He was granted this strict visitation because he has a legal charge for prostituting a 13 year old girl and went to jail for this. Please can someone help me know what my options are.

No you can't take his rights away. If the courts allowed him visitation despite his record, they are unlikley to terminate his rights.

You can try to get his visitation taken away. But that will be a long shot.
