    Rental leases and occupants
    I live in calif. One person is a leasee on the lease, the other person is a occupant only on the lease. How does the leasee move out the occupant?

    They evict them, the leasee is the landlord to the occupant. So they will have to give them proper notice ( and/or reason) if they don't just move, they are taken to court and evicted
