    Since the formula for determining your cash balance is:
    Beginning Cash + Cash Receipts - Cash Payments = Ending Cash Balance

    you just need to rearrange your formula so you can solve for your missing amount:

    Ending Cash Balance - Beginning Cash Balance + Cash Payments = Cash Receipts
