Why do girls play mind games with you? What does this mean?
Okay, so every time I talk to my ex, it makes me sad. I really love her but she claims she doesn't love me anymore and asked me to let her go so I agreed to. But every time I start to let go she decides to talk to me again and it always gets my hopes up cause I want to go back out with her. And then she rejects me and pushes me away again. This keeps happening over and over like every week. What does this mean and why is she doing this? Why do girls play mind games?

She wants you in the friend zone for her own purpose, but doesn't want romance from you. Its referred to as wanting her cake, and eating it too!

Stop letting her keep sucking you in with false hope by not being available for her BS!! Your confusion is because you want her back and are a long way from being a friend, OR an emotional tampon.

You have to stop playing her game guy.

I don't think that she is TRYING to play with your mind. I think that she just wants to be friends. Maybe she doesn't want to be in a relationship again. She might still want to be close to you but not in a boyfriend girlfriend kind of way. Maybe it is best that you let her go. I hope that that was helpful to you. (:

Easy solution: Tell her that unless she wants to tell you that she wants a deep, passionate relationship with you, she isn't allowed to contact you from this point forward. And then when you get married to a woman who's 10X better than her, update her on that info and maybe invite her to the wedding. It's so selfish of her to be stringing you along when she's aware of your feelings for her. This doesn't sound like a good friend at all. Move on.

This is exactly where you exercise no contact. Stop being her toy and she will stop playing with you. Keep playing the game when you are with the losing hand, and get stepped on. Let her go, she wanted to break up, let her feel the loneliness of being without you. If she goes somewhere else, give her the best of wishes. If she comes back, you are now allowed to play the game by your rules, your boundaries.
