    My CPVC Compression Coupling keeps disconnecting from the existing pipes.
    Can not figure out why there is pressure building up and causing it to come apart.

    Probably not tightening the compression coupling enough. Now, if your pipe is cpvc, I would suggest cutting out the compression coup and replacing with one or two sharkbite couplings instead.
