    Fixing credit score
I am planning on paying off all 5 of the bills I owe in the next week. I am trying to fix my credit by doing this. How do I go about getting the debts off my credit report?

You don't get them off your credit report, you can ask the lenders to report it paid, and they can report it paid, so it will only show you were *** number of months late in payment.
Bad payment records and records showing that you have been late in payments can remain for many years. So paying them off will help over time, it is not a automatic and fast fix.

Thanks.. I am hoping that paying off this big bill will help me out. I have about a year to get my credit in order.. Hopefully, I will be able to get a loan for a new house. I'm taking a year to save for it.
