    Property in another state
    I have inherited propery in one state and live in another do not really want to sell property but would like to go there a few times a year and not be bogged down withalot of taxes

    Not sure what you mean bogged down with taxes, You will have property tax, what other taxes are you worried about

    How YOU use a property has no bearing on the amount of taxes owed. The property is assessed according to the rules where the property exists. You will have to pay those taxes or risk losing the property.
