Hi, I'm 22 and yesterday (not even 24 hrs ago) my boyfriend and I had sex. He's the only partner I've ever had and we have been sleeping together for about 6 months now. We were kind of pressed for time so there was minimal foreplay before he entered me. He also entered me very aggressively and the sex in general was rather rough. We also had unprotected sex and he ejaculated inside me. I had just gotten over my period two days before we had sex. Anyway after we finished my vagina burned so I went to the bathroom and after I went I noticed that I was bleeding. At first it was just a little bit only enough to wipe up and then it started spotting my panties. I've had two occurrences where it was more than spotting where it felt like discharge but it was bloody kind of like Menstrual blood. It doesn't hurt to pee and the burning has gone away but my whole vaginal area is very sensitive and it's a bit unpleasant when I bleed. Could it be that I wasn't aroused enough and he tore my vagina a bit? Or maybe the rough sex rattled me around a bit and continued my period? *Sidenote I'm on the patch and have been for about 8 months now. The first month of using the patch I had bleeding and spotting but haven't had it since.

I would venture to guess that the lubrication was insufficient and it's the result of him being rough.
