    I couldn't tell you exactly; it depends on the state, judge, how good your lawyer is, etc; but it might be 5-10 years (just guessing)

    Each state has their laws, honestly never long enough, for the harm and danger they pose. Often it is 6 months to 1 year.
    Lose drivers license and probation of several years often with a lock device on car that they have to blow in to drive.
