When posting a question here there are two boxes. The first for a brief title for your question, the larger box to describe your question in more detail.

With what little you have posted its impossible to help. So please use the Answer box below to add detail.

Let me note that Windows 7 by itself, doesn't access the Internet. You need an Internet connection and a browser program. So the problem may not be Windows 7.

Also, it would appear the Internet was working to allow you to post this question.

What programs? How are you trying to open them? Is your computer connected to the Net? Did it ever work?

This appears to be a problem with something you may have inadvertently changed, not necessarily an issue with Win 7.

    Hi !
Yes I am connected to net and...
Right now the problems are with a new premium acount with www.crocko.com.. so
a- after I made this premium acount.. I was suppose to be able to download music in a fast way.. at the begin it let me to download the fast way.. but then the downloads was stoping between 40% to 50%..
After one time that I was loginout from the acount and after I was loged back in.. it did not let me again to download the fast way... I was contact te www.crocko.com help center and they told me a- to clean the browser cockies and then to try... it didn't help... the second time they told me to download the crocko downloader... and here with program when I a trying to download and to open it.. this window pops up and tell me that the internet is stop working and the system looking for results to the problem...
This problem with this program I had the same problem with YouTube.. everytime I was looking and made new search with YouTube.. the same window popup and say the thing with the internet stop working... I have no idea how... but after few mounths the problem with YouTube gone.. .
I would love to know how to avoid this problem
Many many thanks to all of you
