1099-Int Tax form and F1 visa status
    Hi Taxexpert,

I'm currently an International Student in Illinois. I've just received a notice form 1099-Int from my bank. It shows that Federal Income Tax Withheld is 0.21, and the Balance Rewards of Interest Income is 0.76. So, should I ignore this form, or do I have to do file a tax return?

    Thanks a lot
