    Filing for divorce
    I am filing for a divorce and would like to file a motion to discover what forms do I need to proceed with this

    I'm not sure why this was posted in Bankruptcy & Debt, in the future please make sure to choose an appropriate forum/topic for your question.

    What discovery are you referring to? Are you looking for financials? Where are you? ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    However, Family Courts are generally user friendly. So you may not need specific forms. Have you talked to the Court Clerk about it?

    If this will be a contested divorce, you may be better off having an attorney.

    This is NOT good advice, In my opinion. Depending on the issues surrounding the divorce, there may be no reason for the OP to move out. In fact, the person filing usually stays in marital home and it is the defendant in the action who has to move out. Even if the OP does have to move out there may be other places to go besides a hotel. And it is not a good idea to use credit for such expenses unless absolutely necessary.
