    Supervisor given a past dx during a wkmans comp injury by HR & she blabbed it!
    My sup. Was given a past diag. During a wkmns cmp. Injury leave and she blabbed it

    We type in full words and sentences here so people can understand your question. It appears you are saying that your supervisor saw your workman's Compensation claim and told others about your diagnosis.

    If that is the case, then report it to HR. There is no legal issue here, but there is an ethical one.
