    Is it possible
I had sex with my boyfriend about 4 days before my period, now I'm just bleeding brown, its not A lot but its not a LITTLE there's SOME red in it but I don't really have "normal cramps" they feel funny and tickly and it maked my stomach ache so bad and I can hardley sleep because its in my lower back too. I understand that it takes about a month before you can experience "signs" but is it possible that I could have conceived and I'm having weird "period" because of it? I 16 and I've had a few pregnancy scares... But this one seems to be different then the rest of my scares... I may also add that I am on the pill BUT I do not take it correctly... I really just forget to take it and I've now missed 4 days of my pill... And maybe that's why my period is like this? Is it the pill or is it possible that I have conceived? PLEASE HELP SO CONFUSED.

It is possible your period is different because of the missed pills but its also very possible you're pregnant. You'll have to wait until your next period and see if it comes. You are making the adult decision to have sex so act like an adult and take your pills as directed and use condoms as well. It only takes one time and your life will be changed forever

Hopefully you are lucky this time and its just from messing up your pills. Unfortunately now you're just playing a waiting game. And for future knowledge you can get pregnant any time in your cycle.

So you've had scares before but continue not to use birth control as directed? Sooner or later you're going to get pregnant.

And I agree with "Mama" - could be pregnancy, could be strange period because of the skipped pills.

Women have actually gotten pregnant DURING their period.

Yeah I know it's a stupid decision to still not take pills even when I've had scares... I just haven't ever gotten pregnant before so I thought maybe I just can't get pregnant.

The little love muffin I'm currently carrying was conceived the day after my period, while I was properly using birth control. And I'm positive of conception date because my husband has been working out of state for 4 months and was only home on that day. It can happen ANY time.

Yes. Why would anyone go on AMHD and lie to you?

Yes, it's possible - very possible.

It upsets me on a personal level that you are having unprotected sex and don't have a clear understanding how pregnancy happens - how or when.

But, yes, it's entirely possible. You should know that if you've had the "problem" before.

I see... I am so clueless about this stuff... I thought I was pregnant because I have terrible stomach aches and headaches and I randomly felt nauseated when I was on my way to the mall but I've had unprotected sex a few times this month... but we used the pull out method, we left it in about 4 days ago though... so I couldn't decide if I was what day it happened... I thought that just because I started my period that means I'm not... but the period is brown not really red that much and I have this crazy stomach ache that I've been having off and on now for about a week in a half... I'm just really confused.

Yes, it's very possible that you are pregnant. I got pregnant using the pill exactly as directed AND condoms. Not once, but twice. If you are not ready for.motherhood you should abstain from sex.

Of course you could be having the flu, so you will need to wait till it is time for your next period and see if you miss it or not.

But yes, you can get pregnant any time, even while you are on your period.

Let me also say that I had chemo that made me sterile and unable to have any more children. That was 15 years ago and my youngest child is 10 years old.
