    If settlement of aproperty has occurred when do I get my funds
    I have soled a property and it has settled and money have been paid I need to know when I get mymoney

    If you sold property and it settled ? Does that mean it has closed and has been paid for.

    Normally I am at the closing and get my money the day of the sale. If I am not there, I have them send it to me by overnight registered mail.

    So when was the closing? Who was representing you at the closing? What was your agreement with them as to how it was being sent?
