That will vary from company to company. If the test is provided prior to a job offer, it will usually be a 5-panel as tests beyond that range into the class of medical examination*. If you have been offered employment with a drug test as a condition then it can be a more extensive assay.

If the test is regulated, i.e. for government work, then there are stringent guidelines that must be followed. If a private employer there are no restrictions except those imposed by EEOC and ADA.
