    No cold or hot upstairs

    Need more info.

    Has there been any plumbing work done recently?

    When did it stop working?

    Sounds like someone shut off valves to 2nd floor.

    You have no water at all upstairs? Have you had any plumbing work done of late? Could you explain more about your set up? Is 56there a recirculating pump installed in the system? Did this just happen overnight or has it been failing for some timer? Click back with all the details you can give me. Tom
