1) For as long as I can remember I've had generally large pupils (most of the time being fully dilated), people have always commented on the size of them as well as asking if I'm on something... I haven't ever really questioned it until now as I've got some curiosity after looking at some reasons to why, so anybody know any possible reasons I have this? I'm aware that the pupils dilate and constrict due to changes of light levels, and even in good light levels my pupils can be heavily dilated.

2) As well as that, I've recently noticed that my right pupil is slightly more dilated than my left, so I read up on this and realized its linked to some serious stuff, but I wanted to point out that they aren't always irregular,and I have a feeling its just one dilating/constricting faster than the other, even though sometimes I find it quite noticeable and last quite a while whilst in the same light level, so any reason why this has occurred and should I do something about it?

I've never taken any drugs as far as I know that link to reasons of this, and I also think my eyes are of slightly irregular colour (left being blue, right green) although not a massive difference, if this has any link to these questions, thanks.

It might be in your best interest to visit your ophthalmologist. Many times dilated pupils can indicate increased intracranial pressure. However, it is beyond the scope of practice for anyone here at AMHD to diagnose this via the internet.

It could be something totally benign, or it could be something very dangerous. Without a proper exam we cannot give you adequate advice.
