    My heart feels like a cold stone...
    For so long I was the sweet, nice and kind woman to all, I was always cheerful and happy, trying to make excuses for all the mean actions others did, I allow others to criticize me and use me... Now I feel so much pain, I am not nice, I do not want to be kind or gentle or care if anyone likes me... If people dislikes me I feel better, if I am distant to all I feel better, I am becoming to be more and more cold and resentful, short temper and some times cruel with the people I suppose to care for, ignoring them... God knows I dislike to feel this way... I love animals and they are my only way to express myself, they bring me so much more joy than humans do... I feel so apart from this world... I totally feel like I do not belong... So tired to feel like this... :(

    Don't you have a really close friend? Confide your feelings in him/her.

    It could just be a phase you know... But what I would want to tell you is that don't be so good that people walk all over you.

    Being a good person doesn't mean you let take people advantage of you, because once you feel used, you will end up being bitter and resentful.

    Be good to all in general, but also be affirmative and firm.

    Don't take other people ****, but don't be resentfull, live and let live, if your feeling like you can't control it then make an effort to avoid the things that make you feel that way. Sometimes I feel a lot of hatred towards humans as well, but in the end you gota realise that you have to deal with them, and that they are not all bad. Find your friends, your real friends and things will get better

    You need a great big drink of forgiveness, I have to say that I think you are not mad at or do not hate anyone you need to work on self love and self forgiveness and once you find that I am almost sure you will find all those other bad feeling's will just go away once you have forgiven yourself. Now you might say I have done nothing to forgive myself for but your subconsciousness is saying you should hate yourself for being so weak or so many other possibilities, Work on yourself first and try and hold your tongue till you find that forgiveness while you have friends left because if you run the people that care for you off it will just add more guilt down the road.
