Statute of limitations for Montana debt collection
I have a judgement against me in Montan from American Express, now some other debt collector First Resolution Investment Corp is after me but now live in Pennsylvania. What is the statute of limitations in the state of Montana?
Further I have been to court in MT, stood in front of a judge and was told by him I was free to go. Can first Resolution parlay that judgement into their attempts?

Are you saying that first Resolution is suing you over the SAME debt? If not, then your judgment by American Express has no bearing. The SOL on Open Ended accounts is 5 years. Most credit cards are considered open ended. Its longer for written contracts.
