    How will info. Below affect my filing for SSD and SSI for 2011?
    8548 income and 7500 401k withdrawal

    It MAy have some effect, but I need to know what you received in SSD and SSI benefits to know for sure.

    I have not received any benefits. I am in the process of appeal and just hired an attorney.

    Tax-wise, since you have yet to received benefits, you will be taxed on the income cited.

    As to whether getting this income will affect your ability to actually DRAW benefits, that is a legal/benefits question, not a tax question.
