    Legal action to removed a name of your deeds?
    I jointly own a home with an ex partner. He hasn't contributed to the house in over 9 years. I cannot find him at all. What legal actions can I take please.

    Define ex-partner? If you were married, then disposition of the property should have been covered in the divorce.

    You really need to make an effort to find him.

    Was it a business partnership, if so, is there a written agreement. Where is this located at, since laws vary by location. And how are the names listed on the deed. The exact listing can make a difference in what can be done also.
