    Trying to get pregnant.
    Me and my fiancˇe have been trying to conceive for a year and a half I am becoming worried. What is the next step?

    Have you discussed this with your OB/Gyn? Have you both been tested for issues?

    You get you and the man tested. I will assume you are already using recommended methods of tracking your fertile times, so you know when to not have sex and when is the best times to have sex.
