    What is residential status?
    I bought an house by using home loan.
    Now it was occupied by a person for rental.
    I want to show this property income in the form 12C.
    There is a column form 12C namely residential status : ?

    I am not aware of a form 12C. Please elaborate - are you asking about US federal taxes?

    Look at the OP's name; I believe that Form 12C is an Indian tax form.
