    Remove D.N.R.
    What are my rights to help my elderly mom now in a nursing home agaist her will Stepfather not doing has duties as my moms gaurdian/executer. What are my rights to help her carry out her wishes? Such as remove DNR off her file.

    Unless there is a court order to change things then your stepdad is the one in control. You would have to bring proof before the courts and have yourself awarded the position of guardian and conform to the laws of your state.
