    Tongue piercing
    Got my tongue pierced about 6 days ago. Most of the swelling is down and I can eat normally. But I remember they said no dairy for almost 2 weeks. I have the biggest craving for some hershey's cookies and cream and m&m's coconut . Can I still eat it ?

    Dairy products will invite unwelcome bacteria into your mouth. Think about how the milk sticks around in your mouth after you drink it.

    No you cant, it will just make problems you don't want if everything is going fine now!
