    Is it Legal?
In April of 2009 I got married,by June of 2009 we were separated. She ran to Ohio and told me she was pregnant in July. Told me that the people at the doctor told her she had to put me on the BC knowing I wasn't the father. The child's actual father was with her at the hospital when she had the kid. My question is it even legal that she put me on the BC knowing that there was no way I could be the father. I mean the dude was sitting right there,is there really nothing that they could have done?

No, the dude should be on the birth certificate. Go to Court, request that a determination of the child's father be made. This will require Court-ordered DNA. If you are NOT the father, then you get your name removed.

The way things are now and if you don't get this straightened out you will be the child's legal father and you will be expected to pay child support.

The issue you were married at the time, in many states, the husband is considered the legal father, no matter who the bio father is. You will have to contest this in court by asking for a DNA test.

As long as you are the legal father you will be required to pay child support and if the child or mother gets any public assistance, the state will come after you for the money.
