    Rotted Tooth
My Boyfriend has had some serious problems with his teeth and he is too stubborn to go to the dentist. One of his teeth had rotted right to the gumline and when u look at it, it's a block hole. It is very painful for him and it keeps him up all night. Oddly it seems like it comes and goes but when he is suffering its pretty bad. He now is suffering from a head cold and is very conjested. I guess I'm just wondering if maybe he has an infection that is causing him to be sick with this awful toothache.

The cold is likely just a coincidence. Your BF has other issues if he lets his teeth get this bad and still does nothing about it, this is not stubbornness.
