    Change of A2 Visa to F1
    As an A2 dependent visa, do I have to go out of USA to change my visa status to F1? I am a student in a college. As my A2 visa is expiring soon and I only have a break from 16-20 Jan, I don't think I have ample time to go back to my home country which take 20 hrs flight and am pretty sure it will take a while for the visa to approve as 18 -19 is a weekend.

    Can someone help me on this issue?
