Hello,
I go to see a psychiatrist every 2 weeks (for depression and anxiety). At the moment I'm not feeling very well.
I find it very difficult to have to wait for 2 weeks each time before being able to talk to him again. I feel like talking to him all the time (because I'm not feeling very well).
Maybe I could talk to some of you instead of talking to him? Maybe you could help me overcome my frustration of not being able to talk to him? It's so difficult not to be able to talk. I need your help.

I don't love him, but yes I do like him because he listens to me and helps me.

Also keep a journal every day and let your doctor see it.

You're the client. Ask for more time. If the psychiatrist won't give you more, ask him to refer you to a counselor/therapist whom you could see twice a week (at least at first). If that's not possible (health insurance concerns?), ask for someone with whom you can IM and email.
