    My laptop keyboard types three letters at once.
    I did not drop my laptop, but I did spill a little soda on it a week ago (approx a tsp.). The cleanup was fast... anyway a week later my keyboard starts this. I also (not thinking) restarted my computer and cannot log back in because of this problem. Please help if you can. Feeling pretty stupid. Thanks.

    Did the soda land on the keyboard or where?

    A little on the keyboard on the left side near the shift, caps lock, a, and s buttons. That was a week ago. Thanks for your response.

    After cleaning and this much time I am afraid this will not get better without a pro. I'd take it to a shop and ask them to evaluate the issue, likely shorted keyboard. Sorry
