    Statute of limitation
I loaned a friend approx. $35,000 over a period from Jan 2005 to 2006. She and her husband signed an IOU to me to pay back this money. I have been waiting for them to start paying back but a series of financial set backs and excuses I have yet to be paid even a payment. Can I still sue them to pay back or is it to late
