    I doubt it, not in this economy. And what is the misdemeanor for? Jaywalking is different from armed robbery - or shoplifting.

    Can they, yes, have they in the past, yes. Will they right now, doubt if they are even hiring much, but perhaps if you know someone at the bank that will help you get hired,
