    I'm worried about my penis
    So I'm 13 and I recently started producing sperm and now I masturbate but this morning my penis was hurting later on I masturbated again but no sperm came and now the bottom of my penis is kind of swollen and under the head is a little blue... what can I do without telling my parents?
