    1995 honda civic
I have a 1995 honda civic that bogs when shifting gears until the rpms are up. I have changed air and gas filters. I also took whole air box and tube off and cleaned them.

. Replace the spark plugs (NGK only), if they have not been changed in 25,000 miles or 3 years, whichever comes first.

. Replace the distributor cap and rotor, if they have not been changed in 60,000 miles.

. Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil, if they have not been changed in 120,000 miles or 10 years, whichever comes first. Apply silicone heat transfer grease to the back of the ICM, if you replace it.
