    Ca child support arrearages; do I owe these even after my ex passes away?
    She never received govt assistance. I only owe her. If she was pass does the debt pass?

    I guess what happens with the child? Can I assume you as the father has went and now you have custody of the child.

    But yes you will still owe the money to the estate.
