    Lower back pain; vomiting
    I am a 39 year old woman in pretty dood shape with a good diehaving just started having severe lower back pain in the right side of my lower back. It is never relieved, but at some points it is worse than others, becoming very sharp, but is not muscular in nature. I can barely move. I have also had some of the worst nausea and vomiting I have ever had. This is day 4. Any thoughts?

    When it is in the lower back it cn always be kidneys. You need to get checked out. Pain can cause nausia but also if your backing up urine from a kidney stone you can get the same thing. Since it has been 4 days its best to see your doctor.
