Sued, respondedin time. However vacated with judgement
Sued by Well Fargo, I responded in time. My court date was 01/19/12. Was told by the court the case has been vacated. A judgement has been ordered call the plaintiff(Well Fargo) What does that mean that they can just levy, or garnish my wages without allowing me to make a settlement?

There is no requirement that any creditor negotiate a settlement. Did you appear at the Hearing?
