I was put on probation for a disorderly conduct. I paid all my debts owed to the court. Completed my evaluation and was sent to a alcohol class. They give you drug test every other week and I am suppose to attend every Monday. I went to orientation last week and me and the "group leader" talked and agreed I do 12 days.( I am moving at the end of march) well I want to but need to talk to my p.o. (maryland) I'm half way through probation. Anyway I failed for clora something whatever is in pain killers like Tylenol 3--- but I didn't know is the thing. T 3 I took for back pain my friend gave me - I thought it was like regular Tylenol . The group leader and I talked about this and she will decide Monday about what to do but has to talk to her boss she thinks maybe we can do twice a week but finish on time still so if it's cool with my po I can switch to az ( I live in northern va) I just am nervous because I don't know what my po will do! She's cool but the law is the law and how do they know I'm telling the truth. I am going to jail?

Ok so I meant to put I failed a drug test but I'm sure you figured that out

You took someone elsed prescription medication, you knew you were being tested for drugs. I have to shake my head and say what were you thinking. At times they will let one failed test go, if you pass the next one. But you need to talk to the PO and be honest, admit you messed up.
