    Honda Won't start,help!
    1991 Honda 1.5 d15 reuses to hit a lick. New plugs, wires, dizzy cap , dizzy and rotor... Still no fire. Ecu is kicking 4 codes : 3,6 and 13... I unhooked the temp sensor for the # 6 code and I unplugged the MAP sensor but it still wouldn't fire, the other code I'm not sure whether it will halter spark or not... totally baffled any help would be appreciated!

    Does the CEL consistently come on for 2 seconds and then go out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II)? If it stays on, perform the K-Test on the ECU. I suspect the ECU may be failing.
