I am a secondary card holder?
This is long and drawn out but here it goes. I am divorced and in my separation agreement I offered to pay for everyhting. In order to keep my home and business which I already had before we married, I made all mortgage payments and now have both home and business mortgages in my name. All that is left now is a credit card that I'm a secondary cardholder on not a cosigner the company said I am not liable for the payments. Am I liable? It does say I agreed to pay for it in my separation agreement.

If it says that in your separation agreement... you ARE liable.

Besides secondary card holders can be and ARE held liable when the primary card holder fails to make their payments... in fact they are every day. If your name is on it, you are a target for them to collect.
