What is the length of your luteal phase? B6 can sometimes be helpful, won't hurt, but it can depend on the reason for the concern. Have you had any sort of fertility testing done thus far? How have you determined your luteal phase? Is it consistent in length cycle to cycle?

My cycle use to be 29 or 30 days for many years until three years ago when I made a mistake and took
Vitex. I only took two pills that's all, and the following month my cycle came down 30 days with no issues. Then after it want from 24 or 26 days after. I do not have any children and still a virgin. Could this be the cause of my problems? My cycle is 24 days from month to month; and in length. I appreciate your assistance and help. I haven't done any fertility testing thus far.

A cycle of 24 days is within the average time frame for a menstrual cycle. Are you asking for ways to get it back to 29 or 30 days?

Your luteal phase is from ovulation until your next period. The luteal phase generally remains the same regardless of how long your menstrual cycle is.
