Are there any diet pills out there on the market that actually work?
I'm just wondering if anyone has ever experienced any effectiveness when it comes to a natural/herbal diet pill? And which ones were they?

My doctor suggested that if I wanted help going on a diet to look for a diet pill that has natural and herbal ingredients in it. I'm having trouble staying away from munchies and indulging on certain food that is just making me keep the weight on even though I exercise daily doing cardio and have only lost 2 lbs in 4 weeks :(.. Also making a dinner for 3 kiddies and a man is tough when I can't eat some of it especially the carbs where sometime I have no other choice but to eat it. I've been looking around on the net but I'm kind of skeptical about most of them. Anyone have any suggestions on ones that work from their own experience. And I'm not looking for ones with tons of stuff in them that makes you have jitters and stuff.. Just something to help boost the metabolism and help suppress appetite and have energy for exercise? Or any other natural ingredient that would help with these following things other then pills?

No, quite frankly can't recommend any diet pill that actually works. However, if you go on Google and enter 'boosting metabolism naturally' you are going to come up with lots of alternatives.

As for making dinner for your crowd, it isn't hard to say no if you give yourself an incentive? Of your choice, of course?

Walking is good, running is better, aerobics are all over cardio. If you can afford Wi programme that is excellent because you can do all of these in your own frontroom.

I am suggesting ways that have always worked for me.

Do you have a dog by the way? Good way to motivate for walking.

Good luck, you can do it with discipline and determination without diet pills!

    Was this a MD doctor?

And did the doctor feel you needed to lose weight?

And it is a good balanced meal, but watching total calories.

As noted, walking does wonders, as does a good workout program.
